Four years ago I took part in a guided herbal tour. At that time we started to reduce our plastic waste ( I also blogged about it a few times ) and I began to produce our own ( simple ) cosmetics and cleaning supplies. I loved doing that and I fell in love with all these plain and seemingly boring plants. I started to pay attention more and more, took more tours and read books and the internet. Nowadays I recognize a lot of the small growings on the foothpath and can even name them. I collect some of them and make yummy stuff. And I like to make these botanical sketches. I go for crazy colors, because I admit, sometimes they all look alike. I hope you enjoy them.
